Grounds that have to look finished on opening day and still look it in year three. We design, build and maintain resort and hotel landscaping across Goa, and we grow the stock ourselves at Sangolda and Vagator so the planting has already been through a Goan monsoon before it reaches your site.

What the job involves
Hotel and resort landscaping.
Design, ground preparation, planting, water features and ongoing maintenance for hospitality grounds in Goa.
Opening dates are real dates
Hospitality programmes do not move, and planting is near the end of them. We plan backwards from your opening and say early if the date does not work, rather than late.
Built for the rain first
Grading and drainage go in before a single plant does. On most resort sites that is the larger share of the work, and it is the part that decides whether the rest survives July.
Our own nursery stock
Plants grown at Sangolda and Vagator have already lived through a monsoon and a dry season in Goan soil. Stock trucked in from out of state spends its first year acclimatising instead of growing.
Shade, because it is commercial
Shade is what makes an outdoor area usable in April. Mature planting is the only thing that delivers it quickly, and where a site already has trees we will look at moving them rather than clearing them.
Water that keeps working
Lily ponds, rock features and fountains, designed so they stay clear rather than going green in their second season. We will talk you out of one where the site cannot support it.
Maintenance or consultancy
We can maintain the grounds, or set the schedule and come in seasonally while your own staff do the work. For a resort the second is often the sensible shape.

The things people ask.
Do you work with hotels and resorts across Goa, or only in the north?
Across the state. The studio is in Anjuna and much of our work is in Bardez — Vagator, Assagao, Parra — but we are on site at Anantham by Golden Adobe in Dona Paula and booked in for a resort in Mandrem.
Can you work while the property is still under construction?
Yes, and it is usually better. Drainage and grading are far cheaper before the hard landscaping is finished, and decisions about existing trees have to be made before the plot is cleared. At Noah we lifted and re-established mature trees on a site that was still being built.
What does it cost to maintain resort grounds?
It depends on the site, and the design decides most of it — lawn area, irrigation dependency and planting density matter more than the size of the plot. We have written about what actually drives the running cost rather than quoting a rate we cannot stand behind.
Can you supply planters at resort scale?
Yes. Large-format planters are made to order in ceramic, polymer and metal, including polymer lotus ponds, and they are a regular part of hospitality jobs.
Will the garden be ready for photography at handover?
Planting density decides that more than anything else. A bed planted generously reads as finished immediately; the same bed planted thinly to save on stock takes three years. If the opening matters, that is the line to protect in the budget.
